Modular School Building
This Head Start School in a housing project in South-Central Los Angeles had a very limited budget and time frame. We chose a modular building system as it was the most efficient option for the project. The modules were built off site, trucked in and craned over existing buildings to sit on the foundations built for them. The interiors of the building were completed on site while the site work; play areas, a shade structure, paving and turf, was installed. The school now serves the young children of the families in the project.
