Mar Vista Residence
The existing 1950’s ranch house was too small for the growing family of our clients. They wanted to double their space and have a modern and sustainable home with a strong connection to the outdoors. To achieve this we added a second story and reconfigured the existing first story of the house to have the spaces flow together and open to the backyard with its city view.
