With our help the client found and purchased this property in Hollywood with 3 existing structures. His vision was to create a film production facility for his company as well as leasable space
for other film industry enterprises. The three existing structures were built over a 40 year span and were of different design and construction
types. We designed the interior and exterior renovations of these existing buildings to accommodate the company offices, an insert film and photography stage with dressing, make-up
rooms and other support areas, as well as a tenant space. We designed a new, larger building containing a sound stage with additional support and office area. In addition to the buildings and interiors we also designed the desks, shelving and cabinetry in the spaces.
