Silver Eagle Residence
The original 1950‘s ranch house, purchased by our clients, was divided into small rooms and in need of repair. The project was to reconfigure the interior to work with their lifestyle and completely renovate the house. The Living Room, Dining and Kitchen were combined into one open space with access to the new deck at the rear yard. The existing 3 bedroom and 2 bath layout was redesigned into a master suite and one bedroom and bath. New, larger windows and sliding doors were added throughout the house to provide more light and ventilation as well as opening up to the views. A new 1,100 square foot deck off of the living /dining/ kitchen area creates a an outdoor living space with a built in BBQ and fire pit, and an expansive view of the city below.
