Torreyson Residence
Our clients purchased a mid-century modern house on Mullholland Drive with a spectacular view. The house had had fallen into disrepair over the years. The project was to update the house and add additional space for their family. A new master suite with a deck was added to the second floor. All the existing exterior doors and windows were replaced and the exterior walls re-stuccoed and The existing interior spaces were completely renovated with all new finishes including a new kitchen and all new bathrooms.
