Webb Residence

The original post-war ranch house in the Hollywood Hills was rescued from sliding down the hillside. Half of the house had to be demolished and rebuilt and the remaining portions completely renovated. Thirty five foot deep concrete piles were required to anchor the house to the side of the hill. The unfinished lower level was built out as an office and guest suite which opens onto the new deck that connects to the backyard and views. The upper level was re-built with open interior spaces. Living, Dining and Kitchen areas flow to each other and have large windows and doors take advantage of the spectacular canyon views and the Hollywood sign.
